                         Many people wake up feeling tired because they haven't spent much time in deep sleep. After we go into deep sleep, a lot of the conference in our brain goes off. It is at this time that if the cells of our brain and body are damaged, they will be repaired. Not only that, it is when we are in deep sleep that the information in our short-term memory is stored in our long-term memory.




All this happens during deep sleep, so if you don't get deep sleep, you will feel very tired the next day. And your memory can be quite weak.




           So if you have this kind of problem, the first thing to do is to use a sleep tracker. With this sleep tracker, you can measure yourself how long you were in deep sleep. On average, a young child spends 50% of their sleeping time in deep sleep, but an adult spends only 20% of their sleeping time in deep sleep.


According to scientists, we should spend about 90 minutes in deep sleep. So if you want to be in deep sleep for 90 minutes, you need to sleep for at least 7 hours. But this fact varies from person to person. So you can sleep for 6/7 hours.


But not everyone can do it. So you have to get used to a sleep routine.

             Here you should stop drinking tea and coffee 6 hours before going to bed. The pineal gland in your brain secretes the hormone melatonin. This is what makes us sleepy. When you drink tea and coffee, the secretion of the hormone Melatonin is reduced to a great extent.


Food and beverages.


You have to stop eating and drinking 3 hours before going to sleep. If you drink a lot of water before going to sleep, sometimes you have to go to the bathroom while sleeping. Even then, you will not be able to go into a deep sleep.


Smart Device


You should stop using Smart Phone Laptop 3 hours before sleeping. These devices interfere with our sleep in several ways.


Also, if your room has blue bulbs, it should be changed to yellow or orange. Another thing, practice reading a book before you go to sleep which calms our brain.


Also get a good bed, a good mattress, a pillow and make your room dark. Make the room as quiet as possible. Thank You..
